1. Order Processing

Each order is carefully reviewed and prepared before shipping.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–5 business days for order confirmation, quality checks, and packaging.

Busy Seasons:
During holidays, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

Canada / United Kingdom / Australia 10–16 business days
Other International Locations 14–21 business days

Please note that customs checks, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods may occasionally affect delivery times.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. 📦

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update
  • Temporary tracking delays are normal
  • If tracking has not updated immediately, your package may still be moving through the carrier system

4. International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

This means any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be the customer’s responsibility.

Southern Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for customs delays, import charges, or local clearance requirements. These rules vary by country.


5. Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly so your items can be shipped as soon as possible.

To request an order change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Packages:
If the shipping carrier officially confirms that your package was lost in transit, we will help arrange a replacement whenever eligible.
