6. EU Customer Returns

For orders delivered to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.

The item must remain unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

This applies in addition to our standard return policy where required by law.


7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Banks or card providers may need extra time to post the refund
